Based on your situation, my solution is as follows:

Please firstly choose the 1080p resolution instead of 4K in setting. Then turn on the LDC. Because our ct9000 only support LDC in 1080p or 720p. While only our CT9900 can support LDC in 4k.

This 4 models can be used as the webcam. And the CT9500/9700 can not be used as the webcam

Here are the tips:

1.Connect the camera to the computer by the USB,

2.Then choose the ""PC cam"".

For your problem，

1. You can use a USB cable to connect the camera to your computer and then download the file.

2. You can also use a card reader to download files from a memory card.

3. You can transport the videos or pictures by the APP

To delete a file, go to the video or photo and hold the OK button for a few seconds until a delete confirmation is displayed.

Based on your situation, we would like to offer some solutions.

1. If you record the video when the camera is in the waterproof case, it will loss the voice. Because in order to achieve the waterproof function, the waterproof case will isolate the water also with the voice isolated.

2. If you record the video without the waterproof case, but it still haven't any sound, it maybe caused by the low voice in the voice setting. The steps to adjust the sound are as following:

Step1. Press mode button for 3 seconds to turn on the camera.

Step2. Press mode button to enter the setting interface

Step3. Using the UP/DOWN and the OK button to chose the Volume setting

Step4. Press the OK button then you can change the volume from 0 to 10

Step5. Please check did you open the Audio Record setting. You need open it before using this camera to record voice

Maybe you play the video directly with the camera first, the effect will be better if you can download the video to a computer or mobile phone.

Secondly, you can set the image quality setting of the camera to the highest level (e.g. 4K / 20MP, adaptation to different camera settings).

The camera heating(-10℃-60℃) is a normal phenomenon. If you want to reduce the heating, you can turn on the screen protection function, which can save power and reduce the heating at the same time

The steps of how to connect the Wi-Fi dash cam：

1. Download the“Crossers” APP in the play store and create an account on your mobile phone.

2. Press the “Wi-Fi” button of the driving recorder to enter the Wi-Fi mode.

3. Jump to the Wi-Fi setting interface of the phone through the ”Crossers” APP and select Wi-Fi Name displayed on the camera screen and enter the password to connect the dash camera.

4. Return to the“Crossers”APP on mobile phone to control the dash cam, you can record/download/delete/share videos or set the camera setting directly on APP.

Question：How does Loop Recording work?

Answer：With the loop recording on, the newest video will automatically overwrite the oldest one when the SD card meets its maximum capacity. You could set the loop recording to: 1min; 3min; 5min. For example, if you set the loop recording to 5min, every videos will be a 5-min video. And the oldest will be overwritten by the newest video.

Question：What is a "G" sensor used for?

Answer：With the G-sensor on, the cam will lock the current video when there is a sudden collision/shake and the locked videos won't be overwritten even in loop recording.

Question：What does the “parking mode” do?

Answer：With the parking monitor on, this dash cam will automatically start recording about 30 seconds once it detected any external force and then turn off to save power if no power source connected. But if hard wire it to the car battery, the machine will keep recording after triggered the parking Monitor and won't stop even turn on the Auto Power On/Off.

Question：What is the difference of motion detection and parking monitor?

Answer：With the motion detection on, the unit will start recording once it detects moving subjects in the scope of the lens, otherwise it stops recording. It automatically starts recording 10s-20s video and stops recording after no dynamic motion appears. The precondition of this function is that this cam should be on stand by mode.  

With the Parking Monitor on, the cam will turn on automatically as soon as detecting shaking and collision when the car engine off. But for keeping the video file from damaging due to sudden power failure, you are suggested to connect the machine to the car battery with a hard wire kit.

Question：What’s the function of the Date Stamp?

Answer：If you turn on Date Stamp, this camera adds date stamp to the videos or photos you take. If you select off, this camera will not add date stamp to the videos or photos you take.

Question：What is the license plate number set?

Answer：Hi friend. You could enter your license plate number to the system settings. If there is an accident, the video could be sent to police for investigation purposes. (Of course we hope there will be no any accident.) And the license plate number of the vehicle which is involved in an accident will be taken for easier identification later.

Question: Will the camera stop recording once the card is full?
Answer：The dash cam has loop recording function, which means that it will automatically overwrite the oldest file to save the current file. Also we suggest you format the memory card once a month, it will benefit to dash cam and extend the life of it.

Question: Will the dash cam automatically delete old material?

Answer: It will overwrite the old recorded video, but for those locked files, they cannot be overwritten and need to be cleared manually. We recommend that you check it once a month to avoid being unable to record because the memory card is full.

Question：Can the camera work while the screen is closed?

Answer：The dash cam has a function”Screen saver”, with this function, the dash cam works while the screen is closed in order to save the power of battery when there is no operation.

Question：My camera switches off while in car, is it still recording or faulty?

Answer：You can check if you turned on Screen saver. If so, it is normal. If there is no operation on the cam within the set time, the screen will go black to save power. But the cam still keeps recording.

Question：Is it possible to transfer videos directly from the dash cam using USB cable or do you have to take out the SD card?

Yes, the projector can support all devices with the included HDMI cable.

Because of Android’s privacy protection, when connected via USB cable, the sound will come out from phones. This is the feature for all projectors.

Projector P600/P600S/S100 do not have wifi function, and can not be connected via USB cable. To connect phones, you need to use a wireless dongle, or specific HDMI adapter.

You can first connect the projector to your home wifi. Then choose "Android mirror"or "IOS mirror"on projector. Then open "screen mirroring" option on your Android/iphone device.

You can first connect P770 via USB data cable. Choose "USB mirror" on the projector. For android phones, you need to open "USB debugging" on your phone. But for IOS devices, you just need to choose "trust".

Please press "source" button on your remote control, and choose HDMI as the signal source.

There is a 1/4 inch hole for tripod or projector mount. The screw at the bottom can be adjusted to change the height of the projector.

Image/Audio effects can be slightly adjusted in settings menu to better meet your own preferences.(S100 does not have this function)

All projectors cannot support Dolby audio. If there you can't hear sound when watching Netflix, you can turn off Dolby audio on input devices like Chromecast.(Settings > Display & Sounds > Audio > Dolby Digital Output > Dolby Digital (OFF))

Crosstour JT240 compact jump starter’s working temperature is -20~60°C.

You can tell by the number of indicator lights. Different number of solid indicators show different storage levels. Four solid indicator lights when fully charged. You should recharged the jump starter when down to 2 indicator lights or less.

The green light blinking with a buzz states that the voltage of the vehicle battery is low. Please press the "BOOST" button, wait until the green light becomes solid, and then turn on the engine within 30S.

Yes, you can enter Settings-Display-Sleep mode to change the auto on/off time every day.

You can enter Settings-Timer to change the switching interval. It can be set from 10 seconds to 30 minutes.

(1)The digital frame only supports mp4 videos less than 15 seconds. Not support other formats.

(2)The video can only be shared by app frameo. Not support transfered by MicroSD card.

The frame only supports 2.4GHZ WiFi. 5G WiFi is not supported.

Photos/videos can only be shared when the frame is online. The frame will receive the photos automatically when it is connected to WiFi.

The time to receive photos will be influenced by the WiFi speed and the size of photos.

As stated on amazon’s product page, 4GB is for the existing software and 12 GB is available for photos and videos.(All WiFi digital frame needs 4GB storage to store the built-in app.)
